Currently, we are looking for an Account Manager/Sales and Marketing Representative to take us to the next level!
Requirements for this new position are as follows:
– Minimum one year cold calling business-to-business experience
– Shipping industry preferred, but not mandatory
– Minimum one-year outbound experience
– Excellent English communication skills and clarity
– Fluency in a second language (Farsi/French/Mandarin) would an asset

Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
Record changes to customer accounts, update service packages, add accounts, and remove accounts as needed
Option available once training is complete.
